Dental Clinic

Providing Pain Relief and Emergency Dental Care

CMA’s dental clinic was established due to the serious need for emergency dental treatment for the refugees and asylum seekers of Lesvos. Access to emergency dental care is limited in the island and many refugees and asylum seekers did not have access to dental care for several years. Currently there is a health crisis and further degradation of quality of life for many of those living inside the camp due to the lack of dental care. The project provides a fully equipped dental clinic inside the new temporary camp. Dental care is provided free of charge to any person in need from Monday to Friday. The clinic is staffed by fully licensed and qualified international volunteer dentists and our on the ground team of trained assistants and interpreters.

Become a Dental Volunteer

Looking for a meaningful way to use your skills? Volunteers are the cornerstone of CMA’s work. As dentist, dental assistant, or dental student volunteer with CMA, you’ll work directly with patients who otherwise have no access to dental care. Whether you join us for a few days or longer, you'll be part of a dedicated team, gaining valuable experience in a unique humanitarian setting. Beyond providing care, volunteering with CMA means becoming part of a community of professionals committed to making a real impact—one patient at a time.
