Mission & Vision
Mission
Crisis Management Association (CMA) works to build accessible, high-quality healthcare systems for people facing barriers to care. By uniting medical and non-medical actors, we facilitate timely diagnosis, coordinated treatment, and sustainable health solutions. Through the use of technology, meaningful collaboration, and opportunities for employment and skill development, CMA strengthens inclusive healthcare while fostering connection and mutual understanding across communities.
Vision
Crisis Management Association (CMA) is a Greek non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the healthcare needs people facing barriers to care.
CMA fosters economic integration by creating paid job opportunities for Greek healthcare professionals, refugees, and asylum seekers. We empower both groups to take leading roles in our operations while complementing our teams with international volunteers working under Greek health protocols.
Recognizing the impact of displacement on local healthcare systems, we collaborate closely with these systems to provide medical care while helping to ease the strain. CMA operates where and when it is needed, responding to requests from communities and sectors that require support.
